They agree to follow to term it development of the role and missions of the treating doctor, in the framework of the report of annual step foreseen to the electronic health records reform.
The signatory parties decide to take here and now in account the reserved missions to the doctor treating, and specifically the one relating to the coordination of the described cares to the point of the Present text.
